Mercy House
Our Story
Mercy House began with a few community members who have served the homeless population of the tri-county area for many years and recognized a profound need in our community: a safe home where those who are experiencing homelessness can receive hospice services.
We gathered in prayer and felt led to start an organization to serve this gap in our community. Collaborating with Bethel United Methodist Church for housing, we opened the doors to Mercy House in 2020 and have been welcoming residents ever since.
Our Team.
Our Board of Directors at Mercy House is a group of passionate people who seek to lead our organization to give dignity and love to those most vulnerable in our community in the most vulnerable moments in their lives.
